What's the difference between base price and agent price?

Base price is what hosts charge. Agent price = base price + your markup per night. Guests see the agent price.

Yes. Default starts from ₦2,500/night, but you can adjust this for each booking request based on your client or booking size.

What if a host doesn't confirm the booking?

We notify you immediately. No payment is collected until host confirms. You can search for alternative listings.

Do I need to pay upfront?

No. Zero upfront costs. You only facilitate payment collection from your guest after host confirmation.

How current is the availability data?

We maintain predictable availability windows and refresh data regularly. Double-bookings are extremely rare but can occur—local norms apply.
