    Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of RayProp API materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    • modify or copy the materials
    • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
    • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on RayProp API's website
    • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

    Your use of the RayProp API is subject to rate limits and usage guidelines. Excessive usage that impacts service performance may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

    While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, RayProp makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall RayProp Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RayProp API's website.

    6. GDPR and NDPR Compliance

    RayProp is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). When processing personal data through our API:

    • We act as a data processor when handling personal data on your behalf
